First Talk: Nothing Is Wrong
Nothing is wrong.
Not in this moment. Not in the next. Everything is exactly as it is, and that is not a mistake. It never was.
Your mind will tell you otherwise. It will point at something—a delay, a misstep, a word spoken the wrong way—and say, This shouldn’t be happening. And anger will rise, hot and familiar. The feeling of resistance. The push against reality.
But here’s the truth: it is happening.
And that means your expectations need adjusting, not the world.
So notice the anger, the tightness, the heat. See it for what it is—a signal, not a verdict. Then shift. Let go of what you thought should be, and step into what is.
If you can do this, you’ll find yourself moving forward, flowing, everything clicking into place like it was waiting for you to catch up. If not, you’ll stay locked in the same loop, hitting the same walls, mistaking them for new ones.
The choice is always yours. Nothing is wrong. Everything is happening exactly as it should. Now, step into it.
